Can I change or cancel my order after I submit it?
Orders cannot be cancelled once the checkout process has been completed. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. We regret any inconvenience that this may cause you. Please refer to our return policy once your order is received. In the event a special circumstance arises, a 50% cancellation fee will be accessed. Refused shipments will incur a 50% refused delivery fee or cover Curtains Galore costs, which ever is greater. Curtains Galore will not accept customers conditions that contradicts our policies, either in e-mails or order comments. .
What is your return policy?
Most closeout and deep-discount retailers have an "all sales are final" approach to customer returns. At Curtains Galore, we offer you the option of returning items that don't meet your needs. Here is our return policy:
You can return items sold by Curtains Galore within 20 days from the ship date.
To qualify, simply initiate the return within 20 days from the ship date and ensure that the item is in its original condition We must receive your item back within 30 days of when we originally shipped it to you. Please allow us 14 days from the time we receive your item to process your return.
Your refund will be the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee and less a restocking fee of $3.95 per-item.
We cannot accept the return of certain items, including: Used, washed or opened harware packages.
If you qualify to return your product, request a return/exchange authorization number, email us at customerservice@curtainsgalore.com. Include order number, a list of the items that you are requesting to return and the reason. A representative will answer via e-mail with-in 24 hours. Items received after 30 days or not meeting return criteria will be refused or abandoned, they may be returned at customer's request and expense.
Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and then issue a refund or exchange if these terms have been met. Items returned that do not meet these criteria will be abandoned or may be returned at customer's request and expense.
What is your shipping policy?
Flat shipping, $2.95 for all orders in the 48 continguous states.
Prompt, scheduled and low-cost shipping charges are all the reasons we are now using UPS Ground. UPS Ground service is only available to residential & commercial addresses in the 48 contiguous states. Delivery time is based on location from PA, it can range from one to six business days.
2nd Day Air, by UPS is now available, the 1st three items you order will cost $26.00, then each additional item will cost $3.00.
Customers in Alaska & Hawaii must select Alaska & Hawaii Ground for their shipping method, the 1st item is $30.00, then each additional item will cost $5.00
Sorry we no longer accept International, APO & FPO orders.
All costs incurred for incorrect or inadequate shipping or billing information are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged accordingly.
