Jewel is an elegant austrian valance, detailed flowers & leaves are embroidered over a satin-like fabric, finished with a quality tassel hem. Photo display shows valance hanging on a 40"W. Will look fine on windows from 35" to 60"W 100% polyester. Machine washable.
